⚙️Generate a PoCC certificate
Good to know: $CCO2 tokens are required to generate a PoCC certificate
The PoCC certificate is generated by burning $CCO2 tokens. This mechanism was introduced by Coorest to solve the double counting and double claiming of CO2 compensation problem. The PoCC certificate stores the following data:
Name of the person compensating CO2
Amount of CO2 (Kilograms) compensated by a user
Date of CO2 compensation
Transaction hash
TokenID of the ERC-721 token
Generated PoCC certificates can be sent to the registered email address or can be downloaded as a PDF file. All PDF files are stored using IPFS.
