🌳Coorest NFTree

Coorest offers two types of NFTrees, fruit-bearing NFTtrees and forest NFTrees. These tokens represent a real-life tree with carbon compensation possibilities. Both of the NFTrees yield CO2 tokens equivalent to the amount of CO2 being absorbed by the real-world trees.

The fruit-bearing NFTtree starts producing an extra yield when fruits and vegetables are produced and sold. The Coorest in-house fruit-bearing NFTrees, start producing fruits 3 to 4 years after planting the trees. From that moment, the NFTree holder can collect a projected yield* of 20% yearly of the initial purchased price of the fruit-bearing NFTree, for example, Batch-1 Figs 13,8 euros (applicable to agriculture projects). while the forest NFTree is generating CO2 tokens only. Holders of all NFTree types can collect CO2 tokens the moment the tree is planted.

*Coorest will charge an administration fee, including tax, of the harvesting for its entire duration, the fee paid shall cover the cost of farming and operations of the fruits NFTrees such as harvesting and packing labor, transport, logistics, sales, and marketing efforts. This includes but is not limited to: Harvesting and delivery, customer service, order support, and management of contracts with the potential buyer. The Company will charge the entire cost over the final production of the tree, for as long as the Company has commitments from farming, harvesting and the operational effort from the production to delivery of the product.
