🕵️‍♂️Project monitoring and management

After a proposal has been successfully voted for via Snapshot, it will become a project that needs monitoring and management. To organize this project, a project manager and coach will be appointed by the Tree Council and the board. Depending on the scope and size of the project, resources and reporting mechanisms will be assigned to increase project success.
