Harcava S.A., is a company duly incorporated under the laws of Argentina, and the owner of a crop of cherry trees in Ruta Provincial 50 km 1021, Mendoza, Argentina, and would like to tokenize such plants in order to benefit from their CO2 compensation.
Harcava is interested in the tokenization of the cherry trees plantation referred to herein, as well as in the tokenization of the CO2 absorbed and compensated by the aforementioned plants, and Coorest is interested in providing Harcava with such tokenization services. The Parties agree that the collaboration in order to contribute to CO2 absorption and environmental sustainability aligns with both of their goals.
